Meetups Everywhere Spring 2026: Times & Places

In the spring of 2026, the Astral Codex Ten (ACX) community is set to host a series of meetups across over 180 cities worldwide. This year's event marks a significant effort to promote these gatherings, encouraging both regular attendees and newcomers to participate. The meetups, organized by dedicated local groups, will take place in various regions, including Africa & Middle East, Asia-Pacific (including Australia), Europe (including the UK), North America & Central America, and South America.

The initiative to coordinate these meetups has been made possible through the collaboration of numerous organizers who responded to requests for details, as well as the support of Meetups Czar Skyler and the Less Wrong team. The list of meetups is presented in alphabetical order within each region, with countries and cities listed first. The exception is the United States, where the cities are also sorted by state. For instance, the first entry in Europe is Vienna, Austria, while the first entry in the USA is Phoenix, Arizona.

The organizers have planned for these meetups to be held in a diverse range of locations, allowing participants from different backgrounds to connect and engage with the ACX community. The events are open to everyone, regardless of their familiarity with the blog, demographic, or personal opinions on ACX. The organizers emphasize that newcomers and those with differing viewpoints are welcome, as long as they respect the event's atmosphere.

To attend a meetup, participants do not need to RSVP or contact the organizer unless specified in the event description. RSVPs are primarily used to help organizers gauge the number of attendees and communicate any last-minute changes.
