Lowe’s EGO Days Sale Has 31 Deals on Battery-Powered Yard Tools — Up to $200 Off

Lowe’s is currently running its EGO Days sale, offering significant discounts on a wide range of EGO’s 56-volt battery-powered yard tools. With 31 deals available, customers can find mowers, leaf blowers, string trimmers, chainsaws, pressure washers, and more at reduced prices. The savings range from $50 to $200 on individual tools, making this an excellent opportunity for those considering a transition from gas-powered equipment to a more eco-friendly and convenient battery system.

EGO’s 56-volt ARC Lithium platform is the most popular battery system in the category, and this sale provides a great chance to invest in the brand’s full lineup. One of the standout deals is the EGO POWER+ 56-volt 615-CFM 170-MPH Battery Handheld Leaf Blower, which is now priced at $169.00 (previously $219.00). This handheld blower creates wind speeds up to 170 miles per hour and is the most affordable tool in the sale. It offers a versatile variable-speed dial, allowing users to adjust the power from 200 CFM for lighter tasks like clearing a porch to 615 CFM on turbo mode. The included 2.5 Ah battery provides over 75 minutes of runtime, and since every EGO battery is cross-compatible, purchasing this tool now means you already have a spare battery for any additional EGO yard tools you may add later. At $50 off, this is a low-risk way to try battery-powered yard tools for those still on the fence about making the switch.

For those interested in mowers, EGO offers several configurations, and several of the best models are currently on sale. The discounts range from $50 to $200, with the steepest savings on the higher-end 1000 and 1100 Series machines that feature composite or aluminum decks instead of stamped steel. One of the best deals is the EGO POWER+ 600 Series 56-volt, 21-inch Self-propelled Battery Mower, now priced at $399.00 (previously $599.00). This mower boasts a compact deck that ensures easy maneuverability, making it an excellent choice for homeowners looking for a versatile and efficient lawn care solution.

In addition to mowers and leaf blowers, Lowe’s EGO Days sale also includes other popular yard tools such as string trimmers and chainsaws. The sale provides an opportunity for customers to upgrade to a more sustainable and convenient battery-powered system without sacrificing power compared to traditional gas-powered equipment. With savings up to $200, this is a prime time for homeowners and DIY enthusiasts to invest in EGO’s 56-volt battery platform and enjoy the benefits of a cleaner, quieter, and more efficient yard care experience.

Overall, Lowe’s EGO Days sale offers a comprehensive selection of battery-powered yard tools at discounted prices, making it an attractive option for those looking to modernize their outdoor equipment. The sale not only provides significant savings but also allows customers to experience the convenience and eco-friendliness of battery-powered tools. Whether you’re in the market for a new mower, leaf blower, or other yard tool, this sale presents an excellent opportunity to upgrade to a more efficient and sustainable solution.

A simple way to get more value from metrics
A simple way to get more value from metrics
We spent one day 1 building a system that immediately found a mid 7 figure optimization (which ended up shipping). In the first year, we shipped mid 8 figures per year worth of cost savings as a result. The key feature this system introduces is the ability to query metrics data across all hosts and all services and over any period of time (since inception), so we've called it LongTermMetrics (LTM) internally since I like boring, descriptive, names. This got started when I was looking for a starter project that would both help me understand the Twitter infra stack and also have some easily quantifiable value. Andy Wilcox suggested looking at JVM survivor space utilization for some large services. If you're not familiar with what survivor space is, you can think of it as a configurable, fixed-size buffer, in the JVM (at least if you use the GC algorithm that's default at Twitter). At the time, if you looked at a random large services, you'd usually find that either: The buffer was too small, resulting in poor performance, sometimes catastrophically poor when under high load. The buffer was too large, resulting in wasted memory, i.e., wasted money. But instead of looking at random services, there's no fundamental reason that we shouldn't be able to query all services and get a list of which services have room for improvement in their configuration, sorted by performance degradation or cost savings. And if we write that query for JVM survivor space, this also
