Li Xiong, who was described as a "core member" of Chen Zhi's criminal gang by Chinese state media, was the former chairman of Huione Group under the Prince Group. Both Li and Chen had been granted Cambodian citizenship, which was later revoked. The extradition of these key figures is a significant blow to the transnational crime groups operating from Cambodia.
