Airtel Deploys 4300+ 5G Sites in UP East, Expands Coverage Across 48 Districts

In the past year, Airtel has averaged 12 new 5G sites per day, prioritizing areas with high demand and network congestion. In many cases, network congestion, not lack of coverage, is the primary factor affecting user experience. Key cities benefiting from this rollout include Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, and Jhansi.
