After AB Tasty Merger, Wingify Set To Raise $149 Mn From Everstone & Others

Wingify, a leading SaaS company, is set to raise $149 million in a strategic round led by majority shareholder Everstone Capital and other investors. This significant fundraise follows the recent merger of Wingify with Paris-based AB Tasty, creating an experimentation and personalisation platform valued at over $500 million. The combined entity will have nearly $120 million in revenues and around 4,000 customers worldwide.

According to the company's filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), Wingify's board approved a proposal to issue nearly 16.1 lakh equity shares at an issue price of ₹8,590 each, totaling ₹1,381 crore (approximately $149 million). Everstone Capital, a private equity firm, led the round by investing ₹1,249.7 crore (nearly $135 million) through its subsidiary Everdoc Pte. Ltd. Existing backer and stock market investor Vyom Mankekar contributed ₹84 crore. Wingify's CEO Sparsh Gupta, CTO Ankit Jain, and other existing shareholders, including members of the Mankekar family, also participated in the fundraise.

The news of Wingify's latest fundraise was first reported by Entrackr. This infusion of capital comes three months after Wingify announced its merger with AB Tasty. The combined entity will leverage the strengths of both companies to enhance their experimentation and personalisation capabilities. At the time of the merger announcement, it was reported that Everstone would invest additional capital in the merged entity, further strengthening its position in the market.

Wingify, founded in 2009 by Paras Chopra and Sparsh Gupta, was a bootstrapped SaaS startup until Everstone acquired a majority stake in the company for $200 million last year. The company's flagship platform, VWO, is renowned for its A/B testing capabilities, enabling enterprises to test new user interface (UI) features and determine their effectiveness in achieving goals such as conversions or click-through rates. Wingify claims that its platform is used by over 3,000 companies across more than 90 countries, with annual recurring revenue (ARR) nearing $60 million. Notable customers include Decathlon, Disney, UNICEF, and Flydubai.

The latest fundraise follows Wingify's acquisition of Y Combinator-backed AI startup Blitzllama in December 2025. This acquisition aimed to enhance VWO's user research capabilities, further solidifying Wingify's position as a leader in the SaaS market. With this new round of funding, Wingify is poised to continue expanding its offerings and customer base, driving innovation in the experimentation and personalisation space. The merger with AB Tasty and the subsequent fundraise underscore the company's commitment to growth and its potential to become a global leader in its field.
